Tesla rental in Budapest, made simple

The price depends on the car and the rental period: from 12 700 Ft/day on a monthly rental (380 000 Ft/month), from 21 400 Ft/day for 1 week (150 000 Ft), from 32 900 Ft/day for 2 days (65 800 Ft) and from 37 600 Ft for 1 day (weekday). The booking calculator shows the exact price instantly.

Depending on the model, 350 000 Ft (Model S) or 400 000 Ft (Model X), due by pick-up. For rentals of up to 29 days paid by card, it is only pre-authorised (held), not charged.

100 km per day. Additional mileage is charged at 80 Ft/km to cover servicing and wear.

At the Tesla Supercharger Törökbálint charging station (Auchan car park, Torbágy u. 1., 2045 Törökbálint) – enter “Tesla Supercharger Törökbálint” in your navigation, as the car park is large. You can also ask for delivery: 5 000 Ft + 1 000 Ft/km, with collection priced the same way; for times before 9:00 or after 18:00 one and a half times the fee applies (7 500 Ft + 1 500 Ft/km).

Not every car comes with free Supercharging. Where it does, you can charge for free at Tesla Superchargers. Ask us before booking which car it applies to.

Yes. For company rentals we issue a VAT invoice – just enter your company details in the booking form.

You can see the cancellation terms in the booking form before you pay; depending on the schedule, part of the price is refunded.

Once the first payment due has arrived (card pre-authorisation or bank transfer). You see and accept the rental contract, pre-filled with your details, when you book; the electronic authentication (eszerződés.hu) is sent afterwards and is only a formality. Until payment we hold the car for up to 24 hours; if someone else requests the same period in the meantime, whoever pays first gets the car.

A valid driving licence and an identity document (ID card or passport). The renter must be at least 18 years old; for company rentals, only the driver named in the contract may drive the car.

With an online handover: the car is parked at the Törökbálint Supercharger; you let us know when you arrive, we unlock it remotely and send you the PIN code. The key is in the glovebox; you sign the handover report and take photos all around the car – and do the same on return. All fees must be paid in advance for this.

The car has compulsory third-party insurance but no comprehensive (CASCO) cover: the renter is liable for any damage caused during the rental, and the deposit serves as security for this. Photos and video are taken at handover and return, so the car's condition is clear to both parties.

We hand the car over with at least 60% charge and ask for it back the same way. If it comes back with less, the charging cost of the difference is billed with the surcharge set out in the contract. Supercharging is free with three of our cars (S 85, P90, white 75D).

Under the contract, the car may be used in Hungary. If you are planning a trip abroad, please write to us in advance – it is possible by individual agreement once the insurance terms have been arranged.

For rentals of up to 29 days, we pre-authorise it on your card at pick-up (350 000 or 400 000 Ft) without charging it; the hold is released at the end of the rental. A deposit paid by bank transfer is refunded within 2 days of return. In case of speeding, it may be retained for up to 30 days to cover fines.

Yes. From 1 month there is a fixed monthly fee, decreasing further for 3, 6 and 12 months (e.g. Model S 85 from 350 000 Ft/month for 1 year or more). Paid monthly, with 100 km per day included – also for company fleets.

The Model S seats 5, the Model X 6. We can't provide child seats – you're welcome to bring your own; all our cars have Isofix mounts.
