2. Personal data we process

During the rental process we process the following personal data:

• name, place and date of birth, mother's name,
• home address, email address, phone number,
• driving licence number,
• data related to the use of the vehicle (licence plate, odometer reading, rental period, telemetry).

3. Legal basis

Data is processed under Article 6 (1) b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract. Where required by law (e.g. police requests, issuing fines), data is processed under Article 6 (1) c) GDPR.

4. Purposes of processing

• concluding and performing the rental contract,
• communicating with the Renter,
• settling the rental fee and the deposit,
• complying with legal obligations (e.g. providing data to authorities).

5. Data transfers

We disclose personal data upon request of authorities (e.g. police, courts) and to the following data processors, only to the extent necessary to provide the service: SimplePay Zrt. (Váci út 135–139., 1138 Budapest) – online card payment (name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment amount and ID); Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets) – booking records, confirmations, calendar invitations; Eszerződés.hu – electronic rental contracts; VOSZPort – invoicing and payment requests; Netlify, Inc. (USA, transfer under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) – website hosting; Webnode AG – domain registration and email; Elfsight (Google reviews display widget). Address search and delivery route calculation use OpenStreetMap-based services (Photon, OSRM); only the address you enter is transmitted for this. Data processors handle the data in accordance with the European Union's data protection rules (GDPR).

SimplePay data transfer statement: I acknowledge that the following personal data stored in the user database of teslautad.hu by the data controller Benkő Ádám Gábor, sole trader (Nimród utca 30., 2051 Biatorbágy) will be transferred to SimplePay Zrt. as data processor. Data transferred by the data controller: name, email address, phone number, billing address. The nature and purpose of the data processing performed by the data processor can be found in the SimplePay Privacy Policy at simplepay.hu.

6. Data retention

Contract data is retained for 8 years in accordance with accounting rules. Photo documentation made during the rental is stored for a maximum of 1 year after the contract is closed.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you may request:

• access to your data,
• rectification, erasure or restriction of your data,
• data portability,
• and you may object to the processing.

Remedies:

• directly with the data controller (info@teslautad.hu),
• with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH – www.naih.hu).
