Payment information

At the moment you can pay by bank transfer. Online card payment (SimplePay) is coming soon; the description below also explains how it will work. We do not accept cash.

Online card payment (SimplePay). At the end of the booking, or by clicking the link in the payment request, you are taken to SimplePay's secure payment page. There you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by SimplePay Zrt. (OTP Group); your card details never reach us. After a successful payment you receive a confirmation by email and are returned to our website.

When is my card charged? The rental fee is pre-authorised (held) on your card about 30 days before the rental starts (or at booking, if you book later than that), and charged when the car is handed over. If you cancel after the hold, the cancellation fee is deducted from the held amount and the rest is released. If you book earlier than that, we email you a payment link for the hold.

Deposit on a card. The deposit is 350 000 Ft for the Model S and 400 000 Ft for the Model X. It is pre-authorised on your card at the start of the rental, when the car is handed over. For rentals of up to 29 days it is not charged: the hold is released at the end of the rental, and only damage, fines or surcharges under the contract are deducted. For rentals longer than 29 days, the deposit is charged at handover and refunded at the end of the rental.

Bank transfer. The transfer details (account number, amount, payment reference) are included in the payment request. Please make the transfer from the renter's own bank account.

Payment schedule for bank transfers. To hold your booking, we ask for an advance of at least 20% within 24 hours of booking – or you can choose to pay the full rental fee in one go. With scheduled payment, further instalments follow the cancellation terms: a total of 50% is due 14 days before pick-up and 100% 2 days before. This way the amount paid always covers the cancellation fee applicable at that time. The deposit must be transferred by the time you pick up the car at the latest. If the advance does not arrive within 24 hours, the booking loses its priority and the car may be rented to someone else.

Invoices. For private individuals, the service is provided and invoiced by Benkő Ádám Gábor, sole trader (exempt from VAT); for companies, by General Contractor Team Kft. (with 27% VAT).
